Wing Chun Fut is a form of Kung Fu derived from traditional Wing Chun, Choy Li Fut, and my master's grappling techniques. Master Lee is my master.
Wing Chun teaches efficiency of movement. Wing Chun Fut incorporates this style to keep the fighter's stability and to avoid wasted movements. Every block is accompanied with a simultaneous strike.
Choy Li Fut teaches power. Wing Chun Fut utilizes this style to fight against multiple attackers. The stances are more wide open than Wing Chun and allow for devestating blows.
Master Lee has devised his grappling system through the many years that he spent helping troubled youths in Job Corps. During that time, he had to help teenagers fight off bullies and gang members. Often times, he himself was a target, so his techniques have been battle tested.
The final piece of the puzzle is Chi Kung. Chi Kung is a breathing technique that focuses on the internal training of the fighter. Practicing Chi Kung helps students slow down their movements and stay focused during a battle. Also, Chi Kung heals your body and removes the toxins that build up and are stored in the body. Faith is the key to Chi Kung and this style helps you to become closer to God.
